Tutto Gusto & Tutto Italia have Opened in Italy at EPCOT

The construction walls have come down, and I'm sure the reservations are pouring in for Tutto Italia Ristorante, one of the most popular restaurants in EPCOT.  Joining this beautiful restaurant is the Tutto Gusto wine cellar, where more than 200 Italian wines, beers, grappas and coffee drinks are featured on the menu.

The makeover gives Tutto Italia a more expansive feel, with covered outdoor seating, dark-wood booths and spacious banquettes replacing some of the tables in the dining room.  The amazing artwork and elegant chandeliers remain.

Right next door to the restaurant is Tutto Gusto.  The wine cellar has a more rustic decor, with wood-beam ceiling, brick arches and stone flooring, reminiscent of a traditional Italian wine cellar.

Tutto Gusto features small dishes that look absolutely delicious, perfect for a quick bite. The menu features charcuterie and cheeses, including three varieties of mozzarella; mini-paninis, cavatappi pasta (my personal favorite) with three different presentations; and eight small plates with everything from seafood salad to polenta with mushrooms and fontina cheese, and steamed mussels in white wine.  If that doesn't make you hungry, I highly suggest you call a doctor, because you might be dead.

Disney has provided all of the menus for Tutto Italia, in PDF form on the restaurant's page.  I can not wait to get back to EPCOT and try this place!  Looking at thes pictures has definitely bumped Tutto Italia, and Tutto Gusto, up to the top of my MUST VISIT list.

Now that there's three great dining experiences to be had in the Italy Pavilion (including the two featured in this post and Via Napoli, for some awesome pizza), it is looking like Italy could be the most delicious place in all of EPCOT!

Tutto Gusto is not included on the Disney Dining Plan and they are also not excepting reservations.  However, you can get reservations for Tutto Italia or Via Napoli.  But if you want to get in, I would HIGHLY recommend making those reservations 6 months in advance.  I'm not even exaggerating a little bit.  Six months is the furthest out you can reserve your dining experience at Disney World, and these types of restaurants WILL be booked up well in advance.  So take my advice and either call 407-WDW-DINE or click the link on the restaurants' Official pages, that I've  provided throughout this post.
